Carme Estruch Puig

Carme holds a PhD and a Msc in Biodiversity, a Bachelor in Biology, and a Diploma in Bioinformatics. In 2011 she joined the Spanish National Research Council, where she earned her PhD in plant-soil interactions and their effect on the balance of greenhouse gases in terrestrial ecosystems.
She has been working in ICTA-UAB since august 2018, where she is studying the carbon cycle related to biogenic and anthropogenic variables. Her main topics are related with the study of greenhouse gases from natural, agricultural and urban ecosystems.
